一、客户职位资料
1、 Customer Position Information
候选人需要尽量了解这个职位的信息、雇主资料,所以猎头对客户了解越详细,就越能找到说服候选人的点。一般需要HR提供:

二、保密条款

三、保证期离职

保证期离职意味着猎头几个月来的工作付之东流,所以猎头公司很在意对离职原因的界定。一般会说明:试用期内由于非客户原因导致乙猎头人才解除劳动关系,猎头会承诺为客户继续该职位人才。本保证范围不包括甲方因经营方针变化或者经营状况变化导致的裁员,或者因为合同期内甲方单方提出调整乙方待遇和工作岗位而导致的离职。利益条款包括猎头费的百分比、预付款和付款时间,这些都是双方都很关注的利益条款,需要双方谈判协商。
