6 levels of understanding of practical tools in NLP
1.环境层次
1. Environmental level
是我们客观存在的这个城市的环境,包括时间、地点、人物、发生了什么事等。

2.行为层次
2. Behavioral hierarchy
是我们在这里做了什么,或者说我们没做什么,我们都行动了一些什么东西。

3.能力层次

是一个人具备什么样子的能力,有什么特长,有什么天赋,可以做哪些事情可以做得特别好?或者说哪些事情比较不擅长?这属于能力层次的信息。

4.信念、价值观

并非是指头衔,它是指一个人在内心世界里对自我的定位。那么NLP里讲的身份是内在对自我的肯定。简单来说就是在人生当中要成为什么样的人。当对自己的身份有这样一个定位,才能够有效地去吸引到想要的资源和条件,也才能有效地支持个体去实现人生的理想,还能有效地把对个体没有支持、没有用的其他东西放下。
It is not a title, it refers to a person's positioning of themselves in their inner world. So the identity mentioned in NLP is an internal affirmation of oneself. Simply put, it means what kind of person you want to become in life.
