The 9 specific forms of labor dispatch:
1. Fully dispatched
The dispatch company is responsible for a complete set of employee dispatch services, including talent recruitment, selection, training, performance evaluation, compensation and benefits, safety and health, etc.
2. Transfer dispatch
Enterprises that require labor dispatch shall recruit, select, and train personnel on their own, and the dispatch company shall sign a labor contract with the employees. The dispatch company shall be responsible for the compensation, benefits, performance evaluation, and handling of labor disputes of the employees.
3. Downsizing dispatch
Reduction and dispatch refer to the transfer of employer status from self recruited or already employed employees to dispatch companies by enterprises.
The enterprise shall pay the total dispatch cost to the dispatched company's employees, and the dispatched company shall bear all possible expenses, including wages, bonuses, benefits, various social security funds, and assume all social and legal responsibilities that the employer should bear.

This is a new dispatching method, in which the employer transfers new employees to the dispatching company during the probationary period and then sends them on a probationary basis;
Its purpose is to provide employers with more assurance in accurate talent selection, eliminating the risk of errors caused by selection and testing, effectively reducing personnel costs, forming an effective incentive mechanism, and establishing a more long-term and stable labor relationship.
5. Short term dispatch
The employer and the labor dispatch agency jointly agree on a time period to hire and implement the dispatched talents.
6. Project dispatch
Enterprises and institutions hire relevant technical talents for a production or research project.
7. Clock dispatch
Dispatch special personnel on an hourly basis.
8. Weekend dispatch
Dispatch personnel based on Saturday and Sunday as the basic pricing units.
9. Collective dispatch
State owned enterprises and institutions dispatch some or all of their idle personnel to third parties through labor dispatch agencies.
