一、猎头行业内的个人职业发展
1、 Personal career development within the headhunting industry
猎头行业如同其它的企业组织一下,在同一个行业中从业人员的也存在个人职业发展的问题,一般而言,在猎头行业的猎头职业的从业人员会有以下几个方面的发展方向。

(一)横向的职能维度发展:

这种发展的方式是组织内部或跨组织的个人的工作或职务在同一等级进行发展变化。比如在在同一个组织体系内,担任的是制造行业的项目经理,发展到消费品行业的项目经理。或在不同的组织中,从A公司的化工事业部合伙人,流动到B公司的化工事业部合伙人或制造等其它行业的合伙人。这种方式的职业发展,会让猎头从业人员的工作更加丰富化,增加猎头从业人员知识面,对行业或猎头企业本身的运营管理会有更的了解。有利于培养成猎头企业的管理人员或方向的面试管理。

纵向的发展方式是指在组织内的部或猎企不同的组织中职务或职位的升降。在一般观念中,只有纵向的向上的流动,才是得到发展和肯定。纵向的垂直发展是员工职业发展的主要模式,这种发展模式要求猎头从业人员达到目标所应具备的能力、素质等条件,只有猎头从业人员在能力或素质达到一定水平后,才能上升到更高层面的职位或职务。猎头组织人则通过相应该的职业发展计划,为猎头顾问提供职业发展的平台和可行条件,从而达到猎头企业的稳定发展。
