之前碰到一些入行新人在和候选人电话沟通的时候会紧张,其实这个也正常,因为在电话中会遇到很多不可预知的问题,这个时候要尽量多多做功课,拿到一个职位之后,要仔细了解客户对这个职位的期望,职位的预算和软硬性要求,比如:这个职位是已有的还是新增的,如果是已有岗位的要问清之前这个职位的人是个什么背景、处事风格是怎样的、之前业绩如何以及离职原因等问题。如果是新增岗位,要问清为什么新增这个岗位,这个岗位负责的东西有哪些,上下级汇报汇报线是怎样的等问题。客户公司是否有目标公司、薪酬福利、公司核心竞争力等问题都要尽量问清,因为这个是你电话自信的资本,紧张、迷茫主要源自对不可预知的事物的把控能力比较弱,所以电话前一定要做足功课。
